This system is designed to be employed beside or integrated into a manually operated production line. Inspection can be carried out before or after lamination. High resolution EL images are acquired automatically to be displayed on the monitor and inspected by the operator.

This system is designed to be integrated into a production line. Inspection can be carried out before or after lamination. High resolution EL images are acquired automatically to be either visually inspected on the monitor or evaluated fully automatically by means of highly reliable algorithms.

Panelvision 60s / 45s is the low cost alternative to pi4 Economic and Automatic Electroluminescence module testers.

Flasherintegration

EL systems for final inspection of pv modules by pi4_robotics are designed for easy integration to existing or new flasher installations. Tower or tunnel design flashers may be easily equipped with high resolution automatic EL solutions made by pi4. Software algorithems detect micro cracks, cracks and inactive cell areas fully automatically.
